June Camp 2025

June Camp is ALMOST HERE!
We hope your two week break has been restful because it's time to get rolling with this year's show! Here are some things to keep in mind going into June Camp:

Camp Details:

• Dates: Tuesday, June 3rd, Wednesday, June 4th, and Thursday, June 5th
• Time: 8:00am to 12:00pm
• Location: Dade County High School Band Room
• Who Should Attend: All members of the Marching Wolverines—winds, percussion, guard, and runners!

What to Bring Every Day:

• Eat a decent breakfast before coming
• A full water bottle (hydration is key!)
• A hat and sunscreen to protect against the sun
• Athletic shoes
  • ABSOLUTELY NO sandals, Crocs, or slides
• Comfortable, weather-appropriate, school-appropriate clothes
• Your instrument and a great attitude

A Note to Parents:Your support means everything! Please ensure your student gets plenty of rest, eats a healthy breakfast, and arrives on time each day. Camp is physically demanding and mentally engaging—we want our Wolverines to feel their best. We will be having a meeting for parents and boosters Tuesday, June 3rd at 5:00pm. We would love to have as many of you present as possible!

To that end, medical forms will be due on the first day of June camp. Student physicals will be due on the 10th. Please keep in mind that your Wolverines need a new physical as of January 2025. Band Handbook Contracts will be due the first day of July camp on the 21st as will students' deposits. The full band due will be October 6th.
